Great service, from doorman to reception. Lady at check-in was friendly and escorted us to room. Room had impressive details. Comfy beds with a good view. Staff was helpful and professional. Suite, cleanliness, spa, and gym were excellent. a deserving 5-star palace hotel. Bathroom was clean with available products. Attentive staff and plenty of towels. Bed was very comfortable.

Room facilities, spa, the bed and climat control
At the restront I had to wait for about 45 minutes for two pieces of aubergine, as a starter. Not very good service at breakfast and the breakfast cood be better for the hotel of the level they pretend and for 50 fch. When I was waiting for the taxi nobody told me the taxi came already so I had to pay 10 fch plus. They should improve service for sure!

The fact that the desk lamp did not work after two requests that it should be repaired, after which I gave up - and left.

Stunning location and relaxed ambience. Professional and helpful staff. Immaculately laid out room. Excellent location for city centre and train station. Attentive and thoughtful staff. Large and clean bathroom. Large and comfortable beds. Quiet rooms.

The management and staff are very helpful and courteous. The location is an excellent one. The food was also very good. I will consider this hotel whenever I travel to Geneva in the future.
I did not appreciate having the water pipe (Nargila) being offerred to smokers at the Terrace as it smells terrible and I was not pleased to use the Terrace for having my coffee or entertain my guests. To me this had degraded the hotel.

Bad wifi connection. And you also had to pay extra and get them to install it on your room.

All the hotel staff called me by my name since the moment I arrived.
Location is excellent, but it is not the best in the city. With the same price I could have got better.

The bar staff were friendly and attentive, creating an enjoyable atmosphere during my evening drinks. The location of the hotel was convenient for my business meetings, and the free Wi-Fi was appreciated. The complementary water bottles and fruit in my room were a nice touch.
The room was smaller than I expected and the decor was outdated. The noise from the neighboring rooms and hallway was disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
